Logo & Typo for a small bistro in SW France

My wife and I are opening our own small bistro on the port in Capbreton, France. Our menu will be fresh and seasonal, working with local farms, fisherman and artisans and everything will be made in house. We would like the logo to incorporate "Le Fou à Pieds Rouges" the name and also an artistic representation of the bird itself. Classic, innovative, irreverent, warm and welcoming are all words that describe what we hope to be.

Le Fou à Pieds Rouges, (Red Footed Booby in English). It's a bird with red feet and a blue/pink mouth. It can also be translated literally as "the crazy guy with red feet."

Organic feel with neutral tones, and a few touches of color.
Has to look like a hand made pencil drawing. (Pencil / sketch style / thin lines)
Typo + Logo has to fit in a square. No long or high logo.
