C'est ce que MYNDWORKS recherchait dans leur logo design

We are an IT company with special focus on Mobile Web/App development. We need to redesign our logo as we want to remove the Hindi looking logo.
One concept we thought of was having the word MYNDWORKS with letter 'O' looks like a human face outline with gears in the brain. (See the attached picture)
But don't restrict to just this, please keep your imagination going.
