Logo for Lakeside Condominium (Idylwood Place)

C'est ce que Idylwood Place ("Condos" or "Condominiums" could be added if it helped the look) recherchait dans leur logo design

Hello,

I live in a lakeside condominium community "Idylwood Place", just outside Seattle that is looking for a fresh new logo. We want to use it to make a new entry sign, and eventually a website. We want something that looks clean and contemporary, and but that also helps us projects a "welcome", "warm feel" that reflects our lifestyle.

We are located across the street from a lush public park (Idylwood Park) that has access to a large lake (Lake Sammamish). We want the logo to in a subtle way, to reflect a "lakeside", "public park" feel, without being too blatant about it.
