Logo for new Tech company, expect feedback!

C'est ce que Trupath Systems (or TruPath Systems) recherchait dans leur logo design

We are a technology company providing mobile computing solutions for the trucking industry. We are looking for something fresh, positive, inviting that will compliment the company that develops our hardware (See Omnitracs.com for their logo). The two logos will appear on marketing materials together. Please do not use a round icon it's matches too closely. I want the two logos to look good together but not match.
