Luxury Real Estate in Hawaii need a logo

We need a logo designed for our company that has been around since 1990. We are located on the island of Oahu in Hawaii and focus on high-end luxury real estate, beach front and ocean front homes and condominiums. Our current logo is attached, it is a very basic text logo.

I am going to update my request based on some feedback I have given others. Hopefully this will help people. My goal with this is to keep our current text based logo but to incorporate an "icon" or graphic built around, on top, or somewhere to our current logo.

Also, I would like to keep the font black (or white) but a new image/drawing/concept art (logo without text) can be with colors. In other words, think of the Twitter logo... that is what… Voir plus
