Logo and Business card design for kids party business

I am starting out as a home based kids party styling and hire business, so I need a business card design and logo that I can apply to various other document and website etc. I would like it to be elegant with a French provincial/retro feel to it. I would like to see possibly a 'French style' border in black with stripes or scrapbook type 'paper' on the lower half outside the border. I would also like it to feature bunting and a slice of cake with delicate detail. Attached is an example that I have sketched but does not have to be exactly like this. Voir plus
