Logo Design Project

C'est ce que Restaurant Ventures 360 recherchait dans leur logo design

I need a logo design for a restaurant company called 'Restaurant Ventures 360'. We are a full service company offering expertise in the following areas: Consulting, Turn Around, Concept Creation, Design, Build, Manage, Menu Development, Marketing and Profitability.
I would like to see a logo design that communicates 'Vision, Creativity and Experience' without taking ourselves too seriously.
In other words I don't want it to look like a financial institution, or hospital.
The 360 portion of the logo has several meanings. The first is that we offer 360 degrees of every aspect of the restaurant business. The second is that I as the principle have come full circle in the 36 years that I have been in this business.
