C'est ce que CrossFit Grimsby recherchait dans leur logo design

We require strong branding for our new CrossFit box. CrossFit is a core strength and conditioning programme that consists of high intensity, constantly varied, functional movements that increase health and fitness.
Our design requires the brand name: CrossFit Grimsby
The F in CrossFit must be in capital letters. (Capital C, F and G)
The colours would be red white and blue but not navy blue.
( or feel free to show my something better)

It would be nice to have something that represents CrossFit, it could feature weights or kettlebells
