Molto Meatballs - is a multi-unit restaurant concept located in Las Vegas, Nevada. The Molto Meatballs philosophy is simple: demonstrate that great tasting food doesn't need to be expensive and time consuming. Meatballs, a staple in the diet of many cultures, will be our menu's "food platform". Molto means "lots of" and while our focus will be on Italian food, we will have daily specials featuring other cuisines from Asia, South East Asia and more. "Fast Casual" restaurants are usually defined as: meals are purchased at a counter, food is made-to-order, the average total meal price ranges from $6 to $9, food is unique and more sophisticated than Fast Food.
