Logo for wireless accessory company that is incubator/manufacturer representative

We need a logo designed for a company called Durstcrew.

Durstcrew is a hybrid manufacturers representative/incubator business that identifies "up and coming " wireless accessory businesses of all financial sizes, and assists them in developing their products, go to market strategy and provides introductions to key national retail or wireless operators for placement of their products.

The logo should embue the following ideas:
1. Wireless and/or telecommunications
2. New, fresh and young
3. Professional
4. Global

We are looking for the incorporation of one of the following color schemes:
1. Red, Black and Green
2. Black and Grey

Logo will be used for web, print efforts.
