Did you know 95% of your serotonin (the 'happy hormone') is produced in your gut? If you're gut isn't happy, you can't be happy!

My aim is to bring this little known fact and more to the masses experiencing digestive problems through information products under the title "Conscious Digestion". Conscious Digestion is about supporting and nurturing the connection between emotional/mental/spiritual health & physical digestion. As a naturopathic doctor, my goal is to teach others about lifestyle, diet, mindfulness and other measures to improve digestion and overall health.

Tagline: Digest your food, Digest your life

I like designs with flow, colours that stand out, distinct text layout, smooth lines, simplicity and depth of meaning. I appreciate designs that include text and graphics together.

The logo should communicate: Awareness - Transformation - Balance - Serenity
