Looking to design a new company logo. the company name is
Diversified Strategy Group - Market Market Research & Consulting.

The company provides market research and market planning consulting services focusing on financial services, retail an transportation clients.

My thinking here would be to have (Market Research & Consulting) to the side or below the main logo.

I would also require based on the colours of the logo, a smaller logo that would spell out dsg or DSG (so I am able to use it in power point presentations as a footer).

Color wise, I am fairly flexible, but this is a business consulting, so the logos must reflect a fairly traditional design rather than something too funky.
