Logo for Startup Business

C'est ce que Rain City Racing recherchait dans leur logo design

We need a logo for a new company based in Seattle. We develop and sell performance auto parts..

Logo should read "Rain City Racing" and incorporate a simple Seattle Skyline (see link) in the background using the space needle as the "t" in city.

Would like to see the letters have a "dripping rain" effect and perhaps be emerald green in color - to represent the emerald city?
