Rework of existing Logo

C'est ce que BSE (acronym of our company) recherchait dans leur logo design

Please refer the attached file for the reference, That layout is OK, but make it more attractive and it renders well

We are looking for a character based logo, it has to be clean, sharp and relevant.

Preferred colors
Dark blue, light blue, Green and red
