Yahoo did it. Now it's Bing's turn. Bing, the search engine by Microsoft, has unveiled a new logo to mixed reviews. We're inviting the international design community to submit alternative Bing logo designs. Designs can be submit humorous, satirical or genuine. All ideas welcome.

Background: After "months" of research including "hundreds of studies to look at motion, font, color, size and form", the new Bing logo has arrived. The objective behind refreshing the new logo was to "create a new visual identity that best reflected Bing as part of the Microsoft family."

The new logo has been named a "Searchlight Graphic" (ha!) and has informed the design language across Bing products: "We’ve taken inspiration from the new Bing symbol by taking all angles to infinity and adding in levels of color and transparency to add depth and energy."
