International IT company needs a Logo Design

C'est ce que Stratos IT or stratos it recherchait dans leur logo design

We need a design logo for a new company based in Singapore called " Stratos IT" or "stratos it". We are an IT company which provides consulting services to other corporate clients on IT services and specifically around cloud computing.
Our company's vision is to help our clients move to a new/higher level for IT services.
Our company slogan is "Transforming IT to the Next Level" or "Transforming IT to a New Level".
The design should incorporate the company name and a conceptual/sympolic logo. The logo can include clouds, IT or something to do with layers (Stratos comes from the word Stratosphere which describes the highest layer/point and synonymous being at the top/pinnacle of a profession). However, we are open to any ideas.
