Logo Design Project for Indian fast food brand

C'est ce que Curry Express recherchait dans leur logo design

We are a food and beverage company in Oman. We are launching 3 brands in Muscat, the capital. The first brand is an Indian fast food type curry place called Curry Express. It will have quick turnaround and cheap prices and will be based in food courts of shopping malls.

The message we want to convey is something tasty yet without having to wait, hence the brand name. I'd like to give as much leeway as possible to the designer by not restricting their thought process. As of now we had been going forward purely with type based logos but are open to being inspired.
