Logo Design Project for Solardarity

C'est ce que Solardarity recherchait dans leur logo design

We need a logo for our new brand Solardarity.
Solardarity is about changing the world one solar light bulb at a time. There are 2 billion people in the world without access to electricity, many of which use fuel based kerosene lamps for illumination at night. Our solar light bulbs are the perfect replacement for kerosene lamps. The program to raise funds to do this is Solardarity.

Solardarity is a play on the word 'solidarity' which means people joined by a common cause. In this case, changing the world using solar light bulbs.

The final design should by modern, simple, cutting edge and communicate 'solardarity' amongst our supporters. Words that spring to mind when I think of the brand personality:
