Logo Design Project - International Plant Informatics Consortium

C'est ce que IAIC (one logo) and AIP (second logo) recherchait dans leur logo design

A recently created "International Arabidopsis Informatics Consortium" (IAIC) is looking for a pair of matched logos to convey the impression of plants (those green things that grow outside) combined with informatics. The specific plant in question is Arabidopsis, which has a very characteristic leaf shape.

One logo should be for the IAIC, and the other for a web-portal that it is developing, the Arabidopsis Information Portal (AIP). We had been discussing somehow incorporating the Arabidopsis leaf and the internation symbol for information, an "i" with a circle around it, as part of these logos, which will be used to imprint websites.
