Vintage Industrial Furniture Store needs Funky Organic Eco Upcycled style Logo

C'est ce que 2ndhandShop recherchait dans leur logo design

We need a logo makeover for our boutique secondhand business about to be based in Creswick, Victoria, Australia called '2ndhandShop'. We restore, upcycle and recycle vintage and industrial furniture, lamps, clocks, and other household items. We would like our logo to reflect the creative recreation, or upcycling, of our eclectic range of eco-friendly objects. The logo shouldn't be too cutesy, or overly figurative and we want to move away from the overly clean look of the modernist aesthetic - we are thinking post post modern, found object layering, the breakdown of text and image - the gaps, cracks, the inbetween - new encounters and memory objects. Rust, dust and broken bits are ok. Still needs to have a bit of fun, friendliness involved to invite the viewer in. Our old site can be found at www.thesecondhandshop.com.au
