Logo Design Project for Chesapeake Environmental Equipment

C'est ce que Chesapeake Environmental Equipment (or alternatively you could use CEE) recherchait dans leur logo design

Our company sells equipment that is used by water treatment plants and wastewater treatment plants to clean water. By providing clean water, people have safe water to drink and the environment is protected.

Or company is named Chesapeake Environmental Equipment, CEE for short. The Chesapeake is a large bay bordering Maryland and Virginia.

The design should communicate clean water, have active feel to it, or relate the to Chesapeake culture (I think that would be tough though).
