International Tourism Body needs logo design for local club

Skål is an Association of Tourism Professionals which encourages and creates a network of professionals around the world, promoting global tourism and friendship. Skal International encourages Skålleagues do business with each other, and with Skål supporters and it's motto is "Doing business among friends"

The Broome Club is one of many Skal Clubs in Australia and is looking for a new logo design.
We would like the use of a pearling lugger, which signifies the history of Broome to be incorporated with the text "Skål International Broome No 620".
The design should have clear, clean lines to be used on such things as T shirts and compendiums.
We require a more defined version of the existing logo, attached.
