Logo Design Project - Forge Ahead Fitness

C'est ce que Forge Ahead Fitness recherchait dans leur logo design

I'm looking for a logo for a new personal training company called 'Forge Ahead Fitness'. I'm a sole trader working within a gym as well as providing a mobile service. My focus is on functional training, so more movement and less your traditional weight, with a big emphasis on weight loss.
I'd like to see designs that use a blue and silver/metallic grey colour scheme.
