Logo Design Project-UCAOA Accreditation

I need a logo that will be used for urgent care clinics who become accredited through the Urgent Care Association of America. Our website is www.ucaoa.org so you might see our existing logo for UCAOA as well as a logo we use for Certified Centers (CUC). We would even like to consider something that would represent those clinics who have achieved both levels so it would need to be accompanied by some verbiage such as:
