Cafe Logo design needed

C'est ce que Gourmet on Wray Cafe recherchait dans leur logo design

I am looking for a logo which will help shift our customers perceptions as we have changed dramatically within the last year.
For legal reasons I need to keep the name Gourmet on Wray Cafe, however I would like the general public to view us as 'Wray Cafe' (with the 'Gourmet on' being in much smaller print).
We make everything on site and our tag line is 'straight from our kitchen to you'.
Our primary colours are a very light, pale green, black and white.
We are a cafe that prides itself on service as well quality of food. We offer a free book exchange, live music and have a record player and guitars on site for our customers to play and enjoy. The music side is one of the things that sets us apart from our competitors creating a 'live vibe' the other cafes do not have.
