We need a logo design for a new company based in New England called Be Brilliant Institute (BBI). We provide executives with leadership development solutions so they can live into their most brilliant selves. Leadership Development solutions include self-awareness tools (360s, personality assessments, interviews with managers, customers), and coaching and leadership training so leaders can develop new skills and behaviors. We chose the word brilliant because of it's several meanings that are relevant to people living into their best selves. Brilliant refers to radiance (letting your inner light/potential shine as brightly as possible). Brilliant refers to intelligence (having brilliant ideas and being an emotionally intelligent leader). Brilliant refers to excellence (mastering your craft). The logo should be aesthetically pleasing to look at and appeal to both men and women.
