A logo design is required for an internet presence, initially in the form of a blog and podcasts, to provide visitors from all demographic areas with self-help and personal coaching information to assist them in achieving a more peaceful, balanced mind (& life).

The site's content will have a strong focus on mindfulness & meditation practices and how they can be applied to daily life, in a similar vein to the site "A Quiet Mind" and the book "The Power of Now".

Also, the site will be a convergence point for traditional Buddhist views and modern science based approaches to calming the mind and finding peace in daily life. It will explore both paths with equal openness and objectivity.

The site will be a free (ie. non-profit) resource available to anyone who wishes to access it.

In a nutshell, "Back to The Now" is all about abandoning thoughts of the future and past and coming back to the present moment, time and time again.
