Logo Design Project

C'est ce que Thistle soup recherchait dans leur logo design

I need a logo which incorporates a thistle for my photography business.

You can look at the following website as a reference for the feeling of the design I am after. www.backyardbill.com I want the logo to be simple, delicate,whimsical and in black and white

The photography website I will be using the logo on is

I will also use the design for business cards and letterhead.

I'm liking some bits of the design so far but nothing has grabbed me yet. If you could take a look at the work of the artist Hugo Guinness and use his work as an inspiration for the thistle (a strong, bold, flowing line drawing) and text to match.
