C'est ce que Up & Out: The Community-Building Game recherchait dans leur logo design

Design a logo for a teaching game called "Up & Out: The Community-Building Game". In the game, players build a town with hexagonal tiles, so the logo could use the shape of a hexagon, although not required.
Since the game is about change and improvement, the logo should convey energy, action, and change. Having a spirit of playfulness would be an added bonus. The logo should be clean, without too much detail.
