Joseph Companies - LOGO DESIGN CONTEST

My brother and I started a real estate investment company about 5 years ago. The company has grown over the years and we just recently coined it "Joseph Companies". We are now looking to have a logo designed which will be the platform for our website, property signs, business cards, etc.

Our family has been in the real estate investment business in Austin, TX for over 115 years. With that being said, our Father suggested that we use the tag line "from father to son for over 115 years". We would like to incorporate this tag line into one version of the logo and have an additional version that does not include it.

Furthermore, we would like one additional variable component. Our company does various tasks, property management, sales, leasing, & development.
