International Dance Party Promoter Needs Brand Logo Design

C'est ce que GLITTERATI recherchait dans leur logo design

The design needs to be strong, memorable and fun, without being child-like. My initial thought was "GLITTERATI" spelled backwards then inverted. I still like the idea a bit but definitely not married to it. Glitterati is all about things working that aren't expected to work, such as contrasting themes....dissonance....contradiction (words that come to mind).... The design should translate well onto merchandise (i.e...tshirts, sunglasses, possibly caps, etc). If Mardi Gras, Cirque Du Soleil, Studio 54, and Ibiza somehow had a child, it would be GLITTERATI.
