We need a logo for the shop. We would like to use the Fleur de lys in the design and the colours should be royal/dark blue, earthy browns and white. We will also be selling organic packaged goods and preserves in bottles etc. The logo will be used for all of the labelling for the shop products as well as signage and promotional materials. The products will include -
• Organic Coffee, Organic Tea Blends, Organic Soft Drinks
• Exotic mineral waters, other healthy bottled drink items
• Bakery - Organic and products with organic inputs: cakes, bread, pastries, muffins, etc
• Simple weekend French brunch bistro style – French toast, coddled eggs, soups, mueslis, croissants, baguettes, salads etc Feature menu items dependent on the season e.g. Pot eu Feu, Coq au vin, French Onion Soup, Frois Gras, Cassoulet, selected cheeses
• After launch and market assessed, an evening Bistro menu maybe introduced. Licensing criteria is being assessed.
