Professional logo for Executive Search Company

C'est ce que Mangaard and Partners or Mangaard Partners recherchait dans leur logo design

I need a logo design for a new Executive Search company.
The company is Headquartered out of Denmark, but is international in its reach.
The Company is called: Mangaard and Partners
I have both the website mangaardandpartners.com and mangaardpartners.com, so in the logo if pure text, then I prefer to write Mangaard and Partners. but if you use a graphic approach them perhaps Mangaard/Partners or a variation of this is fine.
Its a "conservative" industry. So think Bank or Lawfirm or similar, but too playful in the logo, but elegant, not boring. Voir plus
