A new group called Authorised Representative Group needs a logo

I want the logo to have the initials AR prominent in a circle and I would like green as the color either in background or the initials

and would like the words

Auctoritas repraesentativus congregatio

circling the logo

and maybe a quill pen

but can live without the pen
