Logo for The Realise Organisation - a ground breaking way of developing individuals to deliver

C'est ce que The Realise Organisation ...... A Better Way ...... not sure. Or could just be Realise recherchait dans leur logo design

We are a training and development company.So different from the millions of L & D companies out there. We only offer our work to the senior leaders/middle managers' level or training/development/HR professionals and start with the driving needs of the business. We do not run standard management and leadership programmes. Our starting point is: how can we cater for the differentiated needs of the individuals on our programmes when they have different personalities, skills, behaviours, experiences, organisational contexts, ambitions etc etc? So we do not pour into them tried and tested "content" because it makes no difference to them as they don't have the head space, time, skills or personally driven motivation to apply the "school book" learning.
We could - because we have done all that - but we know that is not what makes the difference.
