Logo for danish NGO working with emergency developement

C'est ce que Redder Af Verden recherchait dans leur logo design

We need a new logo design. Our current logo is way to detailed.
We would like to see designs that uses the blue and red color.
We have an idea that we would like a globe and some hands, but we are open to any ideas.
Our current logo is attached.

Our organisation is helping countries building emergency services by donating vehicles and education for the staff at hospitals. Also we educate local people in first aid.

The old logo were created by people that have an idea that we should use some other logos, but the details is way to much. We are looking for a very simple logo.

Our name "Redder Af Verden" is a very danish name, it cannot be translated into something understandable, that's why we would like the 3 letters "RAV" to be in the logo also.

We would like a flat logo, that does' have gradients.

It's very important that the logo is serious looking.
