Hi, we need a logo for a new ERP software start-up based in Ireland. Our core product is a software solution for food factory's encompassing tractability, labeling, processing, weighing and pretty much everything from goods receipt to Invoicing. We have an open mind regarding the design but here are some random thoughts.

Simple high quality design (most important)
Combination type logo, words and symbol or Icon
Source file, vector and usual formats required
Clear background
Will be used on print and web
