Excting, motivating logo for back of the house employees during crucial time periods

We are in search of a professional logo that will be used for internal customers only, employees, back of the house associates only.

MUST be "eye-catching"!

This logo will be used to brand specific internal communications.

-The words we would like used are "Prepare for the Peak"

-No color preferences

-We like the Mountain and Lightning bolt.

-Be creative BUT professional.
