Monthly Marketing Memo needs a Letterhead

Our firm, ACK Solutions produces "Ahmed's Monthly Marketing Memo", a monthly digest of marketing tips and tips for business owners in the MENA region. We use Aweber to distribute this memo to our database each month. We are looking for a designer to put together a letterhead for this memo.

The goal of the memo is to produce original, relevant, and new content to readers. We are a quickly adapting company. We provide fresh material, and the branding and logo of the newsletter heading should reflect this.

What the letterhead should include:
- Our ACK Solutions logo (provided by me)
- The words "Ahmed's Monthly Marketing Memo"
- Ahmed's picture (provided by me)

It should be in a jpg or png format so that I can load it into the Aweber template. The template is designed to be a traditional A4 in width.
