Brief de Design de T-shirt

Hello,

i am looking for a design that i sketch my self but didn't complete the bottom part of the t-shirt .
the main idea is the fish hook will be in the top of the t-shirt upside down
its like its break through the neck leaving blood splash.
the fish hook has a string until the bottom of the t-shirt where my idea didnt complete of what down there i suggest to be a sea water but i leave it open to your imagination !

Note the fish hook idea as it shown the file i attached stick to it you only can changed the bottom part of the t-shirt to complete my idea .
