Brief de Design de Logo

Need a logo for a small western NC (USA) company producing premium handcrafted natural bath, body care and home fragrance products. (We make and sell soap, bath salts, lotions, lip balms, skin balms, and soy candles.) Will be used on product labels, business cards and other printed materials, as well as on a new website. Envisioning rolling hills, maybe with a sunrise. (Our company name comes from a Biblical reference to God owning the cattle on a thousand hills.) I will be using brown kraft paper and burlap for some of my product packaging and website background, so think about that look and feel. Image should convey a sense of natural, handcrafted, premium products. Think wholesome, peaceful, stable, healthy, honest, pleasant. Color preference: greens/browns. Should also look good in black and white--will probably do a rubber stamp for use on kraft paper packaging. Also need it to work on a transparent background, so I can overlay it on the website.

Attached image is my old logo. Would like to get away from the Papyrus font, since it doesn't print clearly in small sizes.
