Brief de Design de Logo
Fairway Bay is a property development project in Gulf Harbour. 75 homes at 600k price range. There is a yacht club, retail facilities and restaurants, a high-quality Robert Trent-jones golf course, a Country Club and a well-regarded secondary school, Wentworth College*. Gulf Harbour is close the Shakespear nature reserve at the end of the Peninsula, to the many good beaches in the area and within easy reach of the increasingly popular Matakana recreational and tourist area. And a three times daily ferry service to and from the Auckland CBD.
