Brief de Design de Logo

We are a small sustainable farm located in North Texas, raising pastured poultry, pork and beef. As well as organically raised produce. We have a customer base that buys weekly, but we also will be selling at farmers markets this year.
I need a logo that will be the base for what we use for all marketing materials. Biz cards, postcards, banners etc.
I would like to see something look clean and professional while also maintaining a country/farm feel. Not too sterile. I'd like to see something with a horseshoe and a chicken inside the horseshoe.
