Just need a bit of clarification

Do I understand correctly that you want to:

1) Redesign the existing circular Indian River County Medical Society logo, retaining the stylized caduceus surrounded by people but incorporating it into a new look?

2) Incorporate that new logo into a second one that would be used by the Indian River Medical Center Foundation?

I was a bit confused by the other two logos, for the Indian River County Chamber of Commerce and the Volusia County Medical Society. Are they just for reference, or why were they included in your brief?
