Brief de Design Graphique

Render original art of the Wild Cat. See uploaded file for inspiration ... but it's okay if the wild cat looks even more fierce, tough, able to win gritty mountain bike races on long courses through the woods and mountains. Create a circle 'frame' that mimics a Mountain Bike tire around the art. See other inspiring :-) image below. Not sure if the spokes should be in there or not, your call. Could be too busy. On the circular frame render the copy centered at the top, "Marin Academy" ... and at the bottom of the circle "MTB TEAM" all caps. If the wild cat's whiskers or ears or whatever 'break over' the circle a little bit, that's okay.
We need two versions of your amazing logo mark:
(1) We need it in black only (the black areas will reverse to white to print on the top of the pop-up tent: white on red fabric). See pop-up tent picture below to understand.
(2) We need the logo mark in red, white and black. The way you think it should be rendered with just those three colors. This version will be used for the team jerseys, and maybe for a big sign on the side of the team van / trailer.
(We want the winning solution. this (2) file, as a jpeg also as .ai and .eps and as a layered photoshop file so we can print three colors easily on a team jersey.)
