I need a diagram drawn of how our marketplace works that will be part of an article posted by a New York publisher.

The diagrams needs to depict the current state of the market and how our company Lend2Fund is creating a new market.

• 1. Title needs to be "Disintermediating Commercial Mortgage Backed Securitization (CMBS)'
• 2. Change 'Before' and 'After' to 'Current Lending' and 'Marketplace Lending'
• 3. Show the flow from Package to Tranche as the creation of CMBS products. Maybe show an extra dotted arrow with a 'CMBS' label?
• 4. The 'Package' picture look should look like a 3D box to symbolise a pooling of loans.
• 5. Between 'Super Fund' and 'Investors' can this look like three 3D packages instead of money. This symbolise different products being sold to investors.
• 6. Rename 'Super Fund' to 'Mutual Fund'.
• 7. The borrower should symbolise a corporation owning a $10m building. Make the borrower look like a business owner. Need a picture of an office building with the words 'collatoral property'
