Brief de Design de Carte Postale
New property management company. We manage vacation rental properties on a gulf coast island. This post card will be designed to attract home owners to sign on with us to manage their property (s). We want to convay the message that we will take care if everything needed to maintain value in their investment property to attracting the right sort of renters as well as take care of accounting. We can do this because of our sister relationship with a local contractor and the fact that we are a small company planning to stay that way.
We would like to have a call to action offer of "reduced rates for new clients this month". Please fill free to play with those words. Make is snassy!

We have some good submissions. I am not sure we have found the "one" yet.
We would like some work done with our "reduced rates" phrase. Try different words. It needs to be the most notices sentence. With our phone number being the second line that pops out.
Please don't use paragraphs from out website. Phrases are fine.
