Brief de Design de Logo
We need a very high quality and sophisticated logo for a new commercial real estate development called "IronWood Crossing"
This development will house commercial buisinesses and residential living units above. Buisinesses that would locate to this strip mall would inlcude coffee shops, restaurants, lounges, service type buisinesses including; doctor's offices, optometrist, spa's,etc..
The exterior of the buildings will clad with wood (timbers) and stone.
THe "W" can either be a capital letter or lowercase. We have no preference.
We are looking for something very sophisticated looking. Colors could include anything but yellow, orange.
Mises à jour
PLease do not include any logos of a house or anything that looks like a house in your logo, if so it will be eliminated.
The font and the words are the most important item to focus on. A small symbol in addition to the words would be preferable.
The logo needs to be of the highest qualtiy.
