This is going to be a t-shirt print so I need it in Vector format and we will be printing on an M&R commercial grade screen printing machine. I would prefer to have no more then 3 colors and the size is more a function of the design so I don't really have any size requirements. Let me know if you have any other questions.

Do you have a logo of your company that you want to incorporate into the designs?

No, we do have a company logo but we do not want to incorporate it into the design. Something in a Russian Propaganda Font would be great.
