Logo Needed for Website/Blog Entitled: "Flyover State of Mind"

Need a logo design for a new personal and political blog site called “Flyover State of Mind”. This logo will be for the website www.flyoverstateofmind.com and also marketing materials like t-shirts and bumper stickers.

“Flyover State of Mind’s” mission is to highlight and celebrate the personal, historical, economical and geographic contributions found within the states located in the “middle” of the United States. These contributions are sometimes panned and generally overlooked by those who do not live there. Hence the phrase “flyover states" by those who typically live on the east or west coasts.

We want the logo to proudly represent the people of the flyover states as well as the land where they live. The values of common sense, an honest day’s work, a sense community and love of country are all part of the themes that could be represented.

Logo simply needs to represent the people, their values, the unique geography and rich history found in the flyover states in order to bring to light a feel of what people “flying over” are missing on the ground below.
